The Fibonacci Spiral of Creation

I am in the midst of a co-creation classroom, where the Father is teaching me to create with Him by aligning my thoughts, feelings, imagination, words and actions with His. (More on that, coming soon!) On one particular day, I was struggling to imagine the things I know I am to be creating, so He invited me into a heavenly Imagination Room. Who even knew such a place existed?! The walls were lined with an endless expanse of stars and galaxies, communicating that there is no limit to what I can create with my imagination. I was surrounded by angels who were assigned to help me here and who all seemed really excited about it. One of them asked, “Can you imagine it here? This can be your starting place!” I learned that, in areas of natural “impossibility” or continued disappointment, it can be challenging to imagine within the framework of earth, so the heavenly realm can be an easier starting place. There, I am accustomed to operating outside of the boundaries of earthly laws, and it is familiar to me that “nothing is impossible.”

Suddenly, I found myself standing before a Fibonacci spiral, which I later learned is called the “golden spiral.” It is created by drawing circular arcs connecting opposite corners of squares. The Fibonacci sequence can be found in every level of creation… from spiral galaxies to sea shells, and from Saturn to living cells. This mathematical equation is one where each new number is the sum of the two previous ones. In this sense, the new is continuously created from the old. Nothing is disconnected. Nothing is wasted. Nothing is ever lost. So, what I am co-creating with God now is the sum of everything I have done, everything I have failed to do, everything I have repented for, everything that He has redeemed and even the time which has passed. Each new day is nothing but an opportunity to create what exists only in the spiritual realm out of what has, up to this point, existed in the natural realm… even in the form of missed opportunities. The spiral only gets larger. In this way, every time an opportunity is missed, when it cycles back around, it is larger and the anointing is greater. There is no such thing as total loss except in the form of quitting.

Let us not get tired of doing good, for we will reap at the proper time if we don’t give up.
-Galatians 6:9, CSB

When promises seem to be delayed, cycles pass and, when they come back around, have simply gained momentum in the unseen realm. With this revelation, I put this Fibonacci spiral (which looked like the stereotypical sea shell you see to portray it) in my belly and said yes to the increase of anointing and momentum that has come with the passing of each moment and every opportunity.

I then found myself in the Father’s heart, dancing a “chuwl” dance there, birthing His reality into the earth. This Hebrew word for “praise” describes a circular dance, which I now realize embodies the Fibonacci spiral of creation. I am creating something new every moment, with the exponential increase of all that I have overcome and of a new yes uttered with each passing day.

What does all this mean to you? The personal application would be to simply say yes to the increase of anointing and momentum that has come with the passing of time and opportunity in your life. It is simply continuing to say yes and choosing to not “lose heart.” It is seeing from the perspective of redemption that our Creator has woven into the very fabric of creation and that is so beautifully displayed through the Fibonacci spiral. On a larger scale, realize that the coming awakening and outpouring of God’s Spirit will be the culmination of all the other outpourings in the history of the world! It is truly a glorious time to be alive!

The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases;
    his mercies never come to an end;
they are new every morning;
    great is your faithfulness.
-Lamentations 3:22-23, ESV

I hope that this has inspired, encouraged and strengthened you in your journey of dreaming with God… and seeing the “impossible” made possible!
