Recently, during a time of prayer, I was dialoguing with the Lord about healing, the supernatural and those things I radically believe yet don’t always see. I have learned that He knows our hearts anyway and loves our honesty. I have learned to hold nothing back, but rather to “behold the beauty of the Lord and to inquire in His temple.”
So, as I humbled myself before Him, asked my questions and waited, revelation began to bubble up within me, and I began to see that there are numerous keys to the kingdom. In order to unlock the door, we must be led by the Spirit of God to put the right key in the right door. Using even a valid key in the wrong lock will not facilitate the desired release.
Then the Father, lovingly and patiently, began to share some of these keys to healing with me…..
1. FAITH
Hebrews 11:6: “But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.”
But that is not the only key. The objective of the healing movement was to restore faith in healing and the supernatural to the church. The objective of the faith movement was to restore faith, in general to the church. It was a Divinely initiated and orchestrated move, and simple faith was all that was required. Now, faith –just like salvation by grace through faith and the baptism of the Holy Spirit and tongues – are foundations that must be built upon in order to grow to maturity.
2. MATURITY
I am God. I can do whatever I want, and can and often do intervene miraculously and sovereignly in human affairs. But in general, I will not do for an adult what I will do for a baby. Instead of a quick fix, I am interested in growing My children to maturity. The end result (and My heart for mankind) remains the same: that all would walk in the fullness of everything that was provided at the cross. But the process is different. Whom I love, I chasten; I correct. I am more concerned with eternal destiny and the maturation of My bride than I am temporary and temporal discomfort. And in my sovereignty, these things are meant to be motivation to “come up higher”.
3. A MATURE SON UNDERSTAND “HOW THINGS WORK,” WHILE A BABY SIMPLY LOOKS TO DADDY.
Childlike trust is an essential foundation and, without it, it is impossible to mature. An orphan will never behave as a son. And so, for everyone who is born again, a season of learning to fully depend upon Me and be provide for by Me is imperative. But when this objective is accomplished, a son must submit to Divine tutelage so he can learn My ways. In this season, the objectives are responsibility and stewardship.
Yes, in My sovereignty, I could Divinely remove the consequences of the natural and spiritual laws that are being broken. And I continue to do this more than you realize. But I am raising up a company of mature sons who will fulfill the original mandate- to steward the earth. And so, there must be a realization, an acknowledgement of the sins that have been committed against My creation. There must be repentance for these deeds. And then, My mature sons whom I can trust with practical authority, must rule and reign, bringing the earth back into proper submission to Me. For this, creation is longing. And so, My mature sons must understand how this demonically-inspired breaking of laws affects creation, including the human body.
Tell Me honestly, My daughter… If I had sovereignly removed these consequences in your natural body, would you have been interested in knowing the problem and in doing things differently?
I am raising up those who are willing to grow up, to accept some responsibility and who are willing to learn “how it works.”
Yes, I care about the well-being and the physical suffering! This is what the cross was all about. But does no one thing it strange that my children are actively involved in these sins against creation, yet they do not want to experience the consequences? My children must wake up and grow up. And because of the selfishness of human nature, the message must be close to home. You are called to steward the earth.
4. HUMILITY AND SENSITIVITY TO MY SPIRIT
Religion is all about pride, fear and control. It is all about the mind of man thinking that he’s got Me figured out, trying to make Me do what he thinks I should do. And though he may use My principles and My word to accomplish his desires, he will know that I am God and that I am controlled by no man.
It is religion that holds to what I did yesterday, making it an idol that imprisons, limits and prevents growth and change. Yes, I am the same yesterday, today and forever. But I am not static in My dealings with My creation. I am doing a new thing in the earth.
And so I am looking for those who are humble and don’t pretend to know. I am looking for those who are sustained by My Word, who seek Me, listen to Me and let Me lead. I am seeking those who worship Me in Sprit and in truth—My truth for every present moment.
Many are sincere and yet they are missing what I am doing and saying in the earth today. And they are experiencing, in their souls and in their bodies, the consequences of the sin of pride.
Healing is freely available to all. But many expect Me to cater to their fear and to submit to their pride. Religion has kept many sincere ones from entering My kingdom. Instead, you must align with and submit to Me. In this place of agreement and in this posture of humility, all that I have is freely poured out.
5. GO A LITTLE DEEPER
Man is created in My image—a 3-part being, and body, soul and spirit are intricately connected, though many do not realize this. Many fail to realize that what is present in the soul manifests in the physical body. It is the way I have designed it. Yes, there are demonic spirits of infirmity. There are also demonic spirits assigned to wound the soul, knowing that the destruction of the human body will soon follow. There are also demonic spirits whose assignment is to put a veil over the hearts and minds of people, preventing them from living beyond the surface, from going deeper, from seeing and dealing with these sins and wounds in the soul.
Do you not believe that the wages of sin really is death? Do you not believe that bitterness, fear, pride, slander and lies residing in the soul produce death in the body?
“But whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in Me to sin, it would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck, and he were drowned in the depth of the sea. Woe to the world because of offenses! For offenses must come, but woe to that man by whom the offense comes!” (Matt. 18:6-7)
The reason that soul wounds are so damaging to the body is that a sinful response usually follows. It is possible to be wounded without sinning, but few choose this, especially children.
My people must learn that sin brings death to the physical body, but that the fruit of My Spirit nourishes the body with LIFE. Experiencing the consequences of sin will be the motivator for many to repent and change. Sin has been defined as outward actions, and certainly can be. But My people must learn that the sins of the soul-like shame, fear, judgment, self-hatred-are also damaging.
Many are reluctant to co-labor with Me in the restoration of the soul without painful circumstances being the motivator. The physical body is often a reflection of the state of the soul. Some would all it a messenger. Once a person goes deep, dealing with the emotional and spiritual root, the body comes into alignment. This is the way I have designed it to be.
“When you have seen Me, you have seen the Father.” Likewise, what is seen plainly in the body is a reflection of what lies unseen in the DNA and in the soul.
But be encouraged! This means that it is not random and you are not at the mercy of sickness and infirmity. There is abundant grace to help to deal with the root, so that the fruit is LIFE!
6. COME UP HIGHER
It is on My calendar for this generation to come up higher. I am offering an invitation for My children to explore the heavenly realms and dimensions and to know experientially that the veil has been torn and they are no longer locked into time and the dimensions of earth. For babies, I will come to them in this realm, displaying what I am like. As My children mature, I give them glimpses into the “supernatural” through the revelatory gifts. But, for those who have said yes to the maturation process, I am issuing a call to come and be with Me in My realm. When I come to you in this realm, you are limited in your experience by the frailties of your physical body. But in My realm, there are no limitations, and you may behold Me with unveiled face. This is why My heart longs for you to come. These are the heights from which man has fallen.
Because this is the primary and most important goal and because you are ready and well-prepared, there are things that will require your coming, things that will not be accomplished any other way. You see, I knew you would say yes. I knew you would yield to the preparation. And so, though I could have worked in a number of ways, for you, I chose the highest and best. And it is a path where you have been required to press beyond your foundations and beyond the places where I have met others. I have chosen to meet with you in the heavens. The earth manifestation is simply the outflow of My presence upon the earth through you, My gate. I am not so much coming to meet you here. I am requiring that you rise to meet Me and interact with Me there. And from that place, I will fill you and flow through you, filling the earth with My glory, like the waters fill the sea.
And so, My child, do not fear and do not despair. Those things which are impossible in the earth realm are so effortless here in My realm. And then, as you co-exist in both realms, it simply manifests upon the earth. Simple, right?
